The accuracy of finding object is high. According to the bottom friction drive, there is no impact and the damage to the objects at the contact point is less.

3. Slide block automated sorting machine

Slide block automated sorting machine is a partition board conveyor with a unique way. The surface of the conveyor is composed of metal partition boards or water pipes, just like bamboo mats, and each partition board or water pipe is equipped with a guiding slide block made of hard raw materials, which can be used to drag horizontally along the slats.

Usually the slide block ends on the side of the conveyor, and there are pins under the slide block connected with the guiding rod under the partition board. According to the control of the computer system, when the sorted goods arrive at the specific gate, the control board makes the guiding slide blocks dragged to the opposite side of the conveyor in an orderly manner, pushing the goods into the sorting gate, and then the goods are led out of the main conveyor. The slide block automated sorting machine is suitable for hard goods with outer packaging boxes such as cardboard boxes.

4. Partition automated sorting machine

The partition automated sorting machine is a sorting machine that uses a partition (bar) to shield the goods moving forward on the conveyor and guide the goods to the ropeway on one side.

The partition is generally installed on both sides of the conveyor, and does not touch the upper plan view on the conveyor. Even in actual operation, it only touches the goods and does not touch the transportation surface of the conveyor. Therefore, it is suitable for most types of conveyors. As far as the partition itself is concerned, it is also different. If there is a linear or curved pattern, the surface of the partition is also equipped with a roller or a smooth plastic material to reduce the friction.
